We firmly believe that the cornerstone of all cognitive education is the cultivation of self-esteem, achieved by valuing each child’s individual creative expression and unique strengths. Our carefully designed program is designed to provide children with the foundations and framework necessary for their transition to primary school.

Agnieszka

Agnieszka

Director of the Żoliborz branch

I am a graduate of English Philology and Pedagogy. For many years, I combined my three greatest professional passions as an English language teacher, fitness instructor and trainer, and manager.

Despite my extensive experience in people management, I continuously enhance my professional qualifications because I am deeply interested in the psychology of management.

I love all kinds of sports, and I am passionate about musicals, good, meaningful books, and traveling.

On a daily basis, I also fulfill the most important role of my life—being a mom to Kacper, Adaś, and Anielka.

Olga

Olga

Vice director of the Żoliborz branch

My name is Olga Ziółkowska. I hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood and preschool education from the University of Warsaw. Currently, I am continuing my studies in social pedagogy with psychopedagogy.

Educating young children and observing their development is my passion and motivation. What I value most in children is their sensitivity, authenticity, and ability to find joy in the smallest things. Their constant curiosity about the world allows us, adults, to learn something new every day.

As a vice principal, I place great emphasis on teamwork and creating a warm, family-like atmosphere, which I hope is felt by both our children and their parents.

Anja

Montessori Specialist

I hold a Sensory Integration Therapy license, completed in Serbia, and have several years of experience working in Montessori environments. Additionally, I’ve completed courses in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Reggio Emilia, all of which help me see the beauty in working with children and constantly learning from them.

I am deeply committed to fostering a joyful and nurturing learning environment where natural materials and play are central to our approach. I believe that every child deserves to leave preschool with happy memories.

As Maria Montessori said, “The greatest sign of success for a teacher… is to be able to say, ‘The children are now working as if I did not exist.'” I strive to align with this philosophy, guiding children to become independent, confident, and joyful learners.
