Our staff

We create a well-coordinated multicultural team!

Our staff is a multicultural team of teachers, caregivers, psychologists and methodologists.

What unites us is English speaking and passion for action. We exchange our knowledge, experiences, good practices and everyday observations to give our clients the care and development they need. The standards of our work are quality routines whose performance is appreciated every day.

Parents of our students can check the monthly performance evaluation, and employees receive professional support in the areas they need. The staff evaluation and motivation system is focused on the development of both employees and students.

Thanks to this, we know that our children receive what they need from us.

Founder

I created it with my younger daughter in mind because I couldn’t find a kindergarten that would meet our needs – especially language ones.

I am a lawyer by profession, I have worked in the media industry for 15 years. After the birth of my younger daughter, Helenka, I decided to leave my corporate job and create a network of English-speaking kindergartens.

The British Council granted me exclusivity in Poland for a program dedicated to preschoolers entitled Learning Time with Timmy sealed the decision… I started working…

Today we have 4 institutions… I am very happy to listen to children who speak English in kindergarten, as well as to observe our teachers from all over the world. I am happy with the international community we are creating together… Creating Little Academy has become our passion, we do it with great commitment…
