ORGANIZATION OF THE WORK IN LITTLE ACADEMY KINDERGARTEN IN THE PERIOD OF EPIDEMIC EMERGENCY
GENERAL RULES
- The kindergarten operates under a sanitary regime.
- Only children who are healthy and not showing any disease symptoms can attend the kindergarten.
- Before the child comes to the kindergarten and after illness and absence, the parent is obliged to complete: a declaration regarding the child's health condition and consent to measure the child's body temperature.
- You cannot bring your chilxd to kindergarten if there is someone in quarantine at home or with symptoms of the sickness.
- Children may be brought to kindergarten only by a healthy parent / guardian.
- The parent / guardian transfers the child to the competent teacher in the cloakroom / hall.
- The parent / guardian does not enter the kindergarten room.
- Parents / guardians must keep a distance of min. 1.5-2 meters of safe social distance.
- Before entering the room, each child has their body temperature measured with non-contact thermometer - in case of detecting increased temperature, the child cannot be admitted to kindergarten.
- Children cannot move freely in the cloakroom.
- Children do not need to wear protective masks during their stay in kindergarten.
PROCEDURE FOR ADMITTING CHILDREN TO KINDERGARTEN
PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTING A CHILD FROM THE KINDERGARTEN
- A child may only be picked up from kindergarten by a healthy parent or guardian.
- The parent / guardian is obliged to wear a protective mask and gloves when picking up the child.
- Parents / guardians must keep a distance of min. 1.5-2 meters of safe social distance.
- The parent / guardian is obliged to notify the preschool office about the possible delay at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time of admitting the child.
- A late child will be picked up in the cloakroom by a designated teacher wearing a protective mask, or by the headmaster of the kindergarten.
MORNING LATE SITUATION PROCEDURE
PROCEDURE TO BE HANDLED IN CASE OF LATENESS ON COLLECTING THE CHILD
- The parent / guardian is obliged to notify the director of any delay at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
- The designated teacher will look after the child of the late parent / guardian until it is safely collected.
- The child and the teacher will be waiting for the parent / guardian in the playground, in the event of unfavourable weather conditions in the kindergarten room.
- The parent / guardian is obliged to notify the kindergarten office about the willingness to pick up the child from the kindergarten earlier, at least 30 minutes before the time of collection.
- The child picked up earlier will be brought to the cloakroom by a designated teacher wearing a mask or by the headmaster of the kindergarten.
- A child may only be collected by an authorized person.
PROCEDURE OF CONDUCT IN THE SITUATION OF COLLECTING A CHILD EARLIER FROM THE KINDERGARTEN
SANITARY PROCEDURE DURING CHILDREN`S STAY IN THE KINDERGARTEN
- Until the guidelines of the Chief Sanitary Inspector are in force, each child is permanently assigned to one room and has 1 teacher-guardian and 1 teacher-English teacher.
- Only healthy people, not showing any symptoms of infection, can stay in the kindergarten.

The teacher appointed to take care of a group of children takes daily temperature measurements of each pupil:
In the morning at the entrance to the kindergarten
When a child experiences disturbing symptoms - Children wash their hands as advised and supervised by the teacher at least 1x per hour.
- Toilets are disinfected on a regular basis.v
- Children cannot have water bottles in kindergarten.
- Children are not allowed to leave their rooms freely.
- During their stay in the kindergarten, children receive 4 meals: breakfast; fruit time; two-course dinner (soup + second course) and afternoon snack.
- All meals are prepared in the kindergarten kitchen with all hygiene and safety rules in mind.
- Children eat meals at tables in a designated, permanent room.
- All cutlery and plates are scalded in a special machine before being used by children.
- Children should wash their hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before each meal.
- The teacher thoroughly disinfects tables and chairs with disinfectant before and after meals
KINDERGARTEN MEAL PROCEDURE
PROCEDURE FOR ORGANIZING DAILY PLAYS IN HALLS
- Children are not allowed to bring any home items to the kindergarten (toys, books, etc.)
- In the rooms there are only toys available for children that can be disinfected in an easy and quick way: plastic, rubber and wooden toys.
- Guardians must keep a distance of min. 1.5-2 meters of safe social distance.
- During the day, each group goes to the playground 1 or 2 times depending on weather conditions and availability of teachers.
- Groups leave on schedule to go out to the playground.
- Only 1 group with a guardian can stay in the garden at a time.
- Children do not need to wear face masks on the playground.
- Selected playground equipment, the disinfection of which is difficult, is excluded from use, incl. sandbox, large playground and a small playground on the terrace.
- The equipment available on the playground is disinfected on an ongoing basis after the departure of each group.
PROCEDURE FOR GOING OUT AND PLAYING IN THE KINDERGARTEN GARDEN
PROCEDURE FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF CHILD'S DISEASE SYMPTOMS - INCLUDING THE SYMPTOMS OF THE COVID-19 CONTAGIOUS DISEASE
- Before entering the kindergarten building, every child has their body temperature measured with a non-contact thermometer;
- In the case of an elevated body temperature - 37 degrees and above - the child is not admitted to kindergarten and remains under the care of a parent / guardian.

The teacher appointed to take care of a group of children takes daily temperature measurements of each pupil:
- In the morning at the entrance to the kindergarten
- When disturbing symptoms occur in a child - When disturbing disease symptoms appear in the child: increased temperature, cough, runny nose, pain of various origins, vomiting, weakness, etc., the child is isolated from the rest of the group in a special room called "isolation room".
- In this room, the child is looked after by a kindergarten employee wearing protective clothing, i.e.: a mask covering the mouth and nose, visor, disposable gloves, a waterproof protective apron.
- An employee caring for a child in an isolation centre tries to keep a safe distance from the child.
- The teacher assigned to the child or the preschool office immediately informs the parent / guardian about the occurrence of disturbing symptoms by telephone.
- The child's parent is obliged to urgently collect the child from kindergarten - no later than within an hour of receiving the notification. After this time, the kindergarten calls an ambulance.
- If a child develops symptoms other than the symptoms of Covid19, the head of the kindergarten decides whether to report the case of the disease to the County Sanitary Station for further guidance.
- If a child develops symptoms typical of the Covid -19 infectious disease, i.e. - shortness of breath, increased temperature or high fever, muscle and joint pain, cold symptoms, the headmaster of the kindergarten immediately reports the case to the County Sanitary Station and strictly adheres to the recommendations issued, providing all the data of the child and people who had contact with him.
- The parent / guardian of the child with symptoms is obliged to inform the kindergarten about the further development of the disease and possible diagnosis of the child; the possible quarantine of people who are in contact with a child suspected of being infected with coronavirus or closing the entire kindergarten, is decided by the County Sanitary Station.
